Earned his first career Rookie of the Week recognition after scoring three goals with two assists in his MLL debut to help Denver to a16-8 win at Ohio (6/9)... Named Rookie of the Week and Bud Light Player of the Game after scoring four goals in the Outlaws’ 17-13 win vs. Ohio (7/4)... Named the Player of the Game in Denver’s historic comeback win in the MLL Semifinals against L.I. (8/25) after posting six goals, five of which came in the second half... Bocklet finished his career at the University of Virginia with 137 goals, 28 assists (165 total points), 112 ground balls in 63 games (52 starts)... Totaled nine game-winning goals and only committed one penalty in his four-year career... Ranked 10th in the nation in goals per game (2.44) as a junior and led the country with a goal-scoring streak of 35 games... Led the team with 53 goals as a sophomore and was named an honorable mention All-American
by USILA.


PERSONAL:
The son of Terry and Barry Bocklet, Chris Bocklet was born on Aug. 6, 1989 in South Salem, N.Y. Bocklet was rated as the No. 7 recruit in the country by Inside Lacrosse following his career at John Jay High School in Cross River, N.Y. Bocklet Earned four letters in lacrosse and two in football and was named two-time high-school All-American and participated in the Under Armour All-American Game, as well as being selected four times for all-league and three times all-section honoree. Bocklet scored 218 goals and added 132 assists, setting school records in both categories. Also, Chris played quarterback and defensive back, earning third-team all-state honors as a safety. Bocklet also, served as the offensive coordinator for Wheat Ridge High School, which earned the Colorado 4A State Championship in 2013. Chris is also joined by his older brother, Matt, who is a defenseman on the Outlaws.
