The Outlaws and Lacrosse Unlimited raised $2,893 for the Wounded Warrior Project this past week by auctioning off game-used heads from the 4th of July game online.
Lacrosse Unlimited's Rob Rimmer custom dyed the lacrosse heads with patriotic stars and stripes as well as individual players last name in white on the side. Jeremy Boltus, who is currently serving in the Army, got the highest bid on his head with a bid of $307. All proceeds from the auction go to the Wounded Warrior Project courtesy of Lacrosse Unlimited, Brine/Warrior and the Denver Outlaws.
