Dr. Phil Stull is the Official Orthopedic Doctor for the Denver Outlaws Lacrosse team. Specializing in Sports medicine & general orthopedics, Dr. Stull graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 1984.
He received his medical degree from Yale University in 1988, and then completed a residency in orthopedic surgery at the New York Orthopedic Hospital, Columbia Medical Center in New York City, graduating in 1993. He then received specialized training in sports medicine by completing a year-long fellowship at the University of Colorado and Aspen Valley Hospital in Aspen, Colorado.
He has had experience treating professional, collegiate, high school, and all levels of recreational athletes. He has published extensively in the orthopedic literature including articles based on original research.
Colorado Orthopedic Consultants is Denver’s premiere sports medicine group. Comprised of seven physicians, Colorado Orthopedic Consultants treats problems with the Hips, Knees, Hand & Wrist, Elbows, Foot & Ankle, Spine & Shoulders, along with helping patients rehab at their on-site physical therapy clinic. There are three convenient practices in the greater Denver metro area (Englewood, Aurora and Littleton).
Head Athletic Trainer
Allen Schroeder is new to the Outlaws for the 2016 season. He has been an ATC since 2002.
Allen is currently the Head Athletic Trainer at Valor Christian High School where he currently works with Outlaws player John Grant Jr. Allen is a native of Mohall, ND where he graduated from high school in 1996.
Allen received his Bachelor of Arts in athletic training from Point Loma Nazarene University in 2002. He received his Masters degree in exercise science from the University of Idaho where he also served as a graduate assistant athletic trainer for football from 2005-2007. He currently resides in Highlands Ranch, CO where he lives with is wife and son.
Maggie Yates has been with the Outlaws since their inaugural season in 2006. She has been an ATC since 2003 and is also a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (2001).
Maggie was most recently a trainer at Chaparral High School, and has been part of the medical team for the Winter X Games. Maggie is a native of Denver and graduated from Douglas County High School in 1995.
She received a Bachelor’s of Science in Sports Medicine from Pepperdine University in 1999 where she also competed in swimming. She currently resides in Parker, Colo. where she lives with her husband and two daughters.
Doctor Jonathan Zonca
Dr. Jonathan D. Zonca is the official Primary Care Physician for the Denver Outlaws lacrosse team. He graduated from Michigan State University with at B.S. in Physiology and recieved his Medical Doctorate from Michigan State in 1999. Dr. Zonca then completed a Family Medicine residency at the University of Colorado Hospital in Denver.
He has been a 5280 Top Doc for nine consecutive years, and believes in patient-centered care where the doctor and care team help patients achieve health goals. Dr. Zonca practices at Ascent Family Medicine, and enjoys running, skiing, golfing, mountain biking and travelling in his spare time. He lives in Denver with his wife and four children.

Dr. Jonathan Weimer is a native of Colorado, having graduated from Wheat Ridge High School in 2003. Upon graduation Dr. Weimer attended the University of Kansas where he received his Bachelor of Science in Health Sport and Exercise Science with an emphasis in Sport Management.
Dr. Weimer then attended Logan College of Chiropractic where he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic, Master of Science in Sport Science and Rehabilitation, as well as another Bachelor of Science in Life Science.
Dr. Weimer also served as the team chiropractor for Ski and Snowboard Club Vail and on the medical staff for the Vail International Dance Festival in 2011 and 2012 during his fellowship.
Dr. Weimer is certified by the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner (CCSP). He is also certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling, Active Release Techniques (Full Body and Long Tract Nerve Entrapments) and for Pre-Participation Physical Examinations(sports physicals) . He is also a member of the Colorado Chiropractic Association (CCA) as well as the American Chiropractic Association (ACA).

Castellano is a sports massage therapist with a background specializing in orthopedic, sports and deep tissue massage. She graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in exercise and sport science and has a liscence to practice massage through the Colorado Board of Massage Therapists as well as a national liscence... She has been a massage therapist for six years with training from the Oregon School of Massage. She has attended many continuing education classes such as KinesioTape, Sports Massage, Myoskeletal Alignment Technique, and more.
Her professional experiences include but not limited to working at the Prefontaine Classic, the 2008 and 2012 USA Track and Field Olympic Trials and she work for USA Curling . On a more regular basis she works with numerous athletes as well as the general public. Her goal is to help athletes achieve their optimal level of performance during and after training.
