Liz is the head of the gameday entertainment department which is responsible for managing the overall entertainment of a Denver Outlaws game. Included in her duties are building theme nights, finding and booking acts, implementing all sponsor features and promotions during games and directing the gameday staff. Additionally, Coates serves as the community relations leader for the Outlaws, as she organizes community outreach programming to increase support from youth groups, teams, foundations, organizations, etc.
Before joining the Outlaws, Liz spent the previous 10 seasons with the Colorado Rockies in the Promotions and Special Events department at Coors Field. She also has experience running events with The Downing Group.
In her spare time, Coates enjoys skiing, hiking, golfing and watching movies. She is single and lives in Denver with her sister, Rachel, and their Boxer mix, Bumper.

What’s one thing most people would not know about you? I am a member of the three-time kickball championship team, Growing Pains
Do you have any hidden talents? Cooking
Where in the world would you like to take a two-week-long, all-expense-paid vacation? In the summer, Australia/New Zealand. In the winter, Switzerland
What’s your ideal Saturday? A round of golf in the morning, followed by a quick nap, topped off with a great dinner on a patio with friends.
